Mindfulness Coaching
Using online video conferencing including Skype and FaceTime, we offer private Mindfulness Coaching to clients everywhere.
Mindfulness Coaching supports both beginning and experienced practitioners in integrating meditation and mindfulness into their everyday lives. Clients request Mindfulness Coaching for many reasons, including to help them feel more present and joyful; to engage more deeply and successfully in their academic, professional, and creative lives; and to relate more authentically to those they love.
Clients also seek individualized support in applying their mindfulness practice to specific areas that may feel especially challenging, including:
- Reducing stress and anxiety
- Coping with grief, loss, or transition
- Managing physical pain
- Recovering from addiction and compulsive behavior
- Improving body image and eating habits
A mindfulness practice is a gift clients give not only to themselves, but also to all those - human and animal alike - with whom they share their lives. Our presence is our highest offering.
